These terms of use govern the use of the website racefest.ee. By using the website, the visitor agrees to these terms.

The purpose of the website is to provide information about RaceFest, including an introduction to the event, registration, the race regulations, the schedule, results, partner information and other event-related information.

The information published on the website is informative in nature and may change before the event takes place.

3. Registering for the event

Registration for the event takes place through the official RaceFest registration form.

Submitting a registration does not automatically guarantee a place in the event. The organiser has the right to check that a registration complies with the race regulations and, where necessary, to reject it.

The conditions of participation, payment, withdrawal and other event-related rules are set out in the RaceFest race regulations.

4. Intellectual property

All material published on the website, including the RaceFest name, logo, designs, texts, photos, videos, graphics and other content, belongs to Kartul Racing MTÜ or is used under a valid licence.

Copying, distributing or using the material for commercial purposes without prior written consent is not permitted.

5. Photos and video

RaceFest is a public sporting event.

The organiser has the right to use photographs and video recordings made during the event to report on RaceFest and to promote future events on the website, on social media and in other official RaceFest channels.

6. Liability

Kartul Racing MTÜ makes reasonable efforts to keep the information published on the website up to date and correct.

The organiser cannot, however, guarantee that all information is entirely free of errors or available without interruption at all times.

The organiser has the right to change the website content, the schedule, the race format, the registration conditions or other event-related details where this is necessary for the successful running of the event.

The organiser is not liable for the temporary unavailability of the website, for technical faults, or for interruptions arising from third-party services.

These terms of use do not exclude or limit the organiser's liability to the extent that such liability cannot be limited by law.

Racefest.ee may contain links to third-party websites, including registration forms, SWS pages, partners or social media channels.

Kartul Racing MTÜ is not responsible for the content, operation or privacy practices of those websites.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the RaceFest privacy policy, published as a separate document.

9. Applicable law

These terms of use are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia.

Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

10. Changes to these terms

Kartul Racing MTÜ reserves the right to amend these terms of use at any time.

The version in force is always published on the website racefest.ee, and changes take effect upon publication.
